RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your gallery d online purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Merchandise returned beyond 14 days can be exchanged or returned for store credit. NO returns will be accepted on merchandise after 30 days. This return policy is valid for ONLINE purchases ONLY . 

Returns will only be accepted on merchandise that is UNWORN, UNWASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Sale merchandise is always a FINAL SALE, and no exchanges or store credit will be accepted for discounted sale items. Gift cards cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for shipping costs on returns. Please send your return or exchange to:

1. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are going to return merchandise. You can email us at info@shopgalleryd.com or call us at 1-512-322-5241 so that we can try to secure an exchange for you. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you can select another online item or we will apply a credit to your account which can be used at a later date. Store credits never expire. 

2. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to the above address using a traceable carrier and insuring the package to the FULL amount of the merchandise. This will protect you as we are not responsible for missing packages. Once your package has been received at gallery d, your exchange or credit will be processed within 14 days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
 
USA SHIPPING

We offer free Standard shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $150. Orders sent by UPS Ground shipping usually arrive within 3-6 days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please send us an email to info@shopgalleryd.com and we will advise the status of your shipment.

We ship internationally only via USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail.  All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.  USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail should, however, deliver in 6 to 10 days.  


CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. POLICY & TERMS

By placing an order at Gallery D, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Gallery D.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
